Raj Fasteners is a family-run fasteners manufacturing company operating in the B2B segment. For years, the brand believed that logo design and branding were not essential, a common mindset in manufacturing businesses where product quality is given the priority.
As a result, the company continued using an old, outdated, and visually inconsistent logo that did not reflect the scale, stability, or credibility of the business.
With the new generation taking charge, perspectives started to change. The need of a consistent and well-thought-out logo was felt, so as to build trust, professionalism, and long-term stability in B2B relationships.

We were more than happy to work on a logo and brand design but it came with its own set of boundaries.
The brand lacked a strong symbol that could give it a distinct identity. Our challenge was to create a meaningful, strong symbol that would make the brand stand out.
We began with a moodboard to set the right direction. The client was sure that he wanted to level up the brand’s credibility and move towards a more structured and confident identity.
Once the moodboard was finalised, we deep-dived into the business and product itself:

After 50+ sketches, we identified three core elements that best represented the brand:
These elements were executed in a way where the fastener appears in the negative space between the letters R and F, creating a symbol that feels strong, stable, and balanced, exactly what the brand stands for.

With the symbol locked, we reintroduced the old font, subtly polishing it to improve clarity and finish. The logo was then presented to the client along with a few alternative options.
Once the entire thought process was explained, the client was genuinely surprised by how many ideas and meanings were thoughtfully integrated into such a simple and clean mark.
