Branding – Bacha Company
Listening closely to a brand’s vision, decoding complex ideas into clear, meaningful design to grow the brand.
Brand Discovery:

Launching a brand for every kind of parent; a human parent, a pet parent and even a plant parent.
A premium brand offering thoughtfully designed accessories for kids from milk bottles to stationery & toys all crafted to spark joy & smiles. With plans to soon expand into products for pet and plant parents, the brand’s core mission was clear: bringing joy to every child (kid, pet, plant) by parent.

Decoding and Design Challenge:

The challenge here was to include three completely different elements in one logo; the kid, plant and the pet giving it a playful fun and premium feel and without losing the sense of trust and reliability that parents look for when choosing products for their loved ones.

Insight: The client emphasized continuously on his soul mission of giving happiness / bringing smile/ joy which became a common ground for our further planning. 

Strategy and Iterations:

Our first logo explorations focused on expressing joy as a unifying element rather than directly depicting kids, pets, and plants. However, the client felt strongly about clearly communicating all three elements within the logo itself.

Taking this feedback forward, we reworked the strategy to explore symbolic representations that could coexist without overpowering the design.

Designing and Execution:

We explored multiple symbolic elements such as:

  • Childlike scribbles and playful forms
  • Leaves, roots, and organic shapes for plants
  • Subtle animal cues like paws or whiskers

After 50+ sketches and visual explorations, we shortlisted three strong logo directions.

One concept was selected and further refined through thoughtful tweaks to improve clarity, balance, and versatility.The approved logo was then applied across various brand touchpoints and collaterals, ensuring consistency and recognisability.
